Dr Sam Botchey MBBS FFSEM MRCEM BSc MSc PGCert MSK US AFMCP is a Consultant in Musculoskeletal, Sport and Exercise Medicine. He is the Founder and Clinical Director of The Sports Biologics Clinic™, based in London & Berkshire where he specialises in precision orthobiologics, joint preservation, and musculoskeletal longevity.
His clinical approach is built around the intersection of sports medicine, regenerative science, and what he terms ‘the biological environment’ — understanding how metabolism, hormones, inflammation, nutrition, and ageing interact with musculoskeletal health.
He is the creator of StrengthSpan™, a clinical framework for musculoskeletal resilience across the lifespan.
A career spanning elite sport environments and specialist private practice, Dr Botchey is recognised on the GMC Specialist Register for Sport and Exercise Medicine and holds fellowship of the College of Sport and Exercise Medicine.
